Welcome to Dry Cleaning On Demand ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our mobile app ("App") and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing any orders or using the App.

1. Service Overview

Dry Cleaning On Demand provides a convenient pickup and delivery service for dry cleaning and laundry. Through the App, you can:

• Schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Track your orders.
• Make secure payments through our payment partner, Helcim.

We act as a facilitator between customers and local cleaning service providers ("Vendors"). We do not directly perform cleaning services.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Register using a valid email address or mobile number.
• Verify your account via one-time password (OTP).

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We are not liable for any unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain account confidentiality.

3. Service Availability

Our services are available only in specific geographic areas. Pickup and delivery schedules may vary based on your location, holidays, or operational capacity. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or operational constraints.

4. Pickup and Delivery

• Customers are responsible for ensuring items are properly available for pickup at the scheduled time.
• If a pickup or delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, rescheduling fees may apply.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before pickup without penalty.
• Once items are collected, cancellations are not permitted.
• Refunds are issued only in case of service failure or verified vendor error.
• Refunds (if approved) are processed back to the original payment method.

6. Communications and Notifications

By using the App, you agree to receive:

• Order confirmations and updates via SMS, email, or push notifications.
• Occasional service updates or promotional messages (you can opt out anytime).

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Upload or transmit harmful content or software.
• Interfere with App operations or access unauthorized data.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent ban of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Dry Cleaning On Demand is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described there.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you:

• Breach these Terms.
• Misuse the service.
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and trademarks within the App are owned by Dry Cleaning On Demand. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our written consent.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When significant changes occur, we will notify you through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Colorado.
